Job description

(URUNN)

Co-founded by Sir Mo Farah and Adam Clarke, URUNN is a new disruptor in the running space, on a mission to create the most personalised running app on the market and build a brand that becomes a household name.

As we grow, this is an exciting opportunity to join URUNN from the very beginning, playing a key role in building the identity of a new running app and capturing the moments that define our brand and community.

We need a motivated, dynamic self-starter who can operate as a "one-man Boss” on shoots and campaigns. You will be responsible for shooting and editing high-quality fitness content at pace across in-product, social media, paid social, events and campaigns.

We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for URUNN’s mission and who can help shape how our brand shows up visually from the ground up. At URUNN, we’re unapologetic about building the best team — people who are driven to be their best, bring ideas, and are willing to go the extra mile when it matters.

This role requires a unique hybrid: someone with the raw "visual talent" to chase a runner with a camera in hand & get the nitty gritty shots that play into authentic storytelling, as well as the technical discipline for studio multi-cam setups.

Key Responsibilities

  1. High-Octane Production

  • Visual Flair: Execute studio and location-based camera operation with a focus on "finding the shot." You don’t just follow a brief; you find the angles that highlight the athlete's power and the brand's premium feel.

  • Dynamic Capture: Solve creative filming challenges on the fly. This includes tracking runners while cycling, finding solutions to challenging audio environments, and working with tricky footage in edits.

  • Technical Independence: Lead your own "unit"—from prepping kit and managing your shoot schedule to setting up lighting, audio, and multi-cam studio environments independently.

  • Talent Rapport: Build instant trust with our coaches and talent. You must make talent feel at ease and motivated, ensuring their personality comes out in the content.

2. Post-Production & Delivery

  • Premiere Pro Mastery: Deliver polished, high-end edits primarily within Adobe Premiere Pro.

  • Short Form Finesse: Transition seamlessly between event capture, social clips, storytelling campaigns and workout content. We need fast-paced, rhythmic editing, aggressive sound design, and a signature visual "pop."

  • End-to-End Ownership: Manage the lifecycle of a project from pre-production through to final delivery, ensuring all assets meet quality standards.

Job requirements

Requirements & Experience

  • The Eye: A strong portfolio demonstrating "visual talent"—we want to see motion and creative composition.

  • The Mindset: A self-starter who problem-solves on the fly. You see a hurdle (technical or environmental) and find a workaround before the talent even notices.

  • The Skillset: Mastery of camera systems (Sony FX3, FX6 knowledge preferred but not essential), lighting for fitness (high-contrast/dynamic), and clean audio capture.

  • The Fitness Edge: You understand the fitness industry. You know how to frame a squat, a sprint, or a flow to make it look aspirational.

  • Photography Experience: You will almost always be shooting photos as well as video, so it is essential to have a grasp on both.

What Success Looks Like

Reporting to: Marketing Manager with a dotted line to the Co-Founder
