TRVLWELL is a comprehensive wellness ecosystem for travellers, featuring expert-led content, personalised recommendations, and AI-powered support throughout the travel experience.

As our Product Manager, you will be at the heart of TRVLWELL’s growth. You’ll work closely with our tech and design teams to define, prioritise and deliver product features that delight users and drive business growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong product instinct who is eager to take ownership, learn and grow alongside a start-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap and help define the vision and strategy.

• Work closely with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver new features.

• Translate user needs and business goals into actionable requirements.

• Prioritise product backlog and make trade-offs to maximise impact.

• Gather and analyse partner and customer feedback to iterate and improve the product.

• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and use data to inform decisions.

• Help define processes and best practices as the product and team scale.

• 5 years minimum of product management experience, ideally in tech or digital products.

• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.

• Analytical mindset with a user-focused approach.

• Comfortable making decisions in ambiguity and navigating early-stage challenges.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• High-energy individual with a proactive nature and the ability to inspire and motivate all involved with TRVLWELL

• Passion for travel, technology, and improving user experiences is a plus

Domain

• Familiar with both B2B and B2C products, a bonus if experience working on B2B2C

• Travel & wellness or adjacent industries (hospitality tech, booking platforms, marketplaces) strongly preferred 

• Familiarity with customer segments relevant to TRVLWELL (travel providers, corporate wellness, partners)

The role requires one day per week in our Chiswick, London office (Tuesdays)
