WithU is an audio fitness app available on Android and iOS and available globally.

An exciting and ambitious start-up in the fitness space. WithU launched to market in 2020 and celebrated a successful first year at the end of April 2021.

As fitness experts, we know health and wellbeing rely on accessibility, variety and personalised support to ensure you reach your goals efficiently, healthily, and sustainably.

Our app delivers over 1000 workouts, with 18 coaches, across 14 disciplines and is accessible at home, in the gym or on the go. Whenever and wherever.

What do we want?

We are looking for a data driven Product Manager that is passionate about creating digital experiences with customer needs at the centre of them.

You'll be working with the wider product team (UX/UI, QA and engineering) as well as cross functionally to design, build and roll-out products that align to our product vision.


  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our users and the data about how they engage with our products

  • Defining product and design requirements and user stories needed for engineers to build new product features

  • Pair up with our Product Designer to build exciting features guided by user centered feedback and testing

  • Engage in cross functional workshops to gather stakeholder ideas and feedback

  • Work closely with the whole product team to plan the weekly sprints

  • Assist QA in testing to ensure the product mission is executed accurately

Job requirements

What do you need?

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in mobile apps in agile environments

  • A passion for learning with an acute attention to detail

  • To have strong problem-solving ability and be skilled at working effectively with cross-functional and fast moving teams

  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to think on your feet, manage a busy workload and autonomously deliver to deadlines

  • You must be highly analytical and data driven, while constantly searching for any bias or blindspots in our data
