WithU is an audio fitness app available on Android and iOS and available globally.

An exciting and ambitious start-up in the fitness space. WithU launched to market in 2020 and celebrated a successful first year at the end of April 2021.

In collaboration with Sky, WithU are also expanding their suite of products to the world of TV.

Our new and innovative product, due to launch this year, combines machine learning and expert coaching to track users movement in real time and guide them on how to perfect their technique.

As fitness experts, we know health and wellbeing rely on accessibility, variety and personalised support to ensure you reach your goals efficiently, healthily, and sustainably.

Our products deliver 1000’s of workouts, with world class coaches, across multiple disciplines and are accessible at home, in the gym or on the go. Whenever and wherever. 

The Role:

Working closely with the Operations Director, the People Manager will be responsible for acquisition (new hires), retention (company culture) and development (employee performance).

The People Manager will be proactive and personable. They will be the front line, the connecting link between employees and the company.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Directly sourcing candidates using a range of media, networking, headhunting and through referrals.

  • Receiving and reviewing applications, management of first line screening and interviews.

  • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders with their recruitment needs.

  • Writing and managing job posting via job boards.


  • Foster the WithU company culture.

  • Manage the onboarding of new employees.

  • Keep company HR policy documents up to date.

  • Organise team building events.


  • Organise regular employee review & feedback sessions.

  • Foster an environment for continuous improvement.

Job requirements

Experience Required:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role.

  • Proven track-record in hiring hard to find candidates (desirable).

  • Good knowledge of tech/developer roles. 

  • Experience within a HR department (desirable).


  • Full time position - working hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm.

  • Fully remote but must be located within the UK and willing to travel up to 2 times per month for team meetings in London.
