Company Background:

WithU is an audio fitness app available on Android and iOS and available globally.

An exciting and ambitious start-up in the fitness space. WithU launched to market in 2020 and celebrated a successful first year at the end of April 2021.

In collaboration with Sky, WithU are also expanding their suite of products to the world of TV.

Our new and innovative product, due to launch this year, combines machine learning and expert coaching to track users movement in real time and guide them on how to perfect their technique.

As fitness experts, we know health and wellbeing rely on accessibility, variety and personalised support to ensure you reach your goals efficiently, healthily, and sustainably.

Our products deliver 1000’s of workouts, with world class coaches, across multiple disciplines and are accessible at home, in the gym or on the go. Whenever and wherever.

The Role:

Working directly with the operations director, the operations assistant is responsible for handling a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth daily running of the business.


Job requirements

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the management of daily operational tasks.

  • Arranging and assisting with the onboarding of new employees.

  • Organise delivery & collection of laptops to new starters and leavers.

  • Keeping company policy documents up to date.

  • Organising monthly meets & socials.

  • Managing office/studio supplies and general office logistics.

  • Help to organise employee review & feedback sessions.

Support Responsibilities:

  • Working with our support vendor to deal with incoming support queries for the app (English & Spanish speaking a bonus).

  • Triaging support issues to the relevant teams in the business.

  • Support the product team, managing the translation process for new features, support guides and any other materials needed for the product (working with an external translator).

  • Support the content team, managing the translation process for new content (audio testing)

Details:

  • Full time position - working hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm.

  • Hybrid remote working. We have an office in Chiswick that you will need to attend once a week.
