We are an exciting and ambitious start-up that launched to market in 2020 and has since become one of the fastest-growing fitness products in the UK. In 2023 we also launched a new product in partnership with Sky TV, which is currently revolutionising the future of at-home fitness.

Role description

As the Marketing Manager of the Mvmnt brand (JV with Sky), you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company goals. You'll lead a talented marketing team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials to drive our business objectives forward.

What does the role look like?

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.

  • Drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement through innovative and effective marketing activations.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional development.

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximise ROI.

  • Brief and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, social media assets, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

  • Work with the wider marketing team to drive a comprehensive comms plan that grabs consumer attention and engages them to become brand advocates.

  • Monitor and analyse key marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Work closely with the product teams to enhance consumer experience and retention.

  • Create and nurture clear lines of communication, managing stakeholder expectations.

  • Report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with other departments.

You'll have the following:

  • Proven experience in a marketing manager role, preferably within the fitness, health, or tech industry.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is desirable.

Logistics:

Hybrid role with one day in the WithU Chiswick office / Sky office, to sync with required teams.
