WithU is an audio fitness app available on Android and iOS and available globally. An exciting and ambitious start-up in the fitness space. WithU launched to market in 2020 and celebrate a successful first year at the end of April 2021.

As fitness experts, we know health and well-being rely on accessibility, variety and personalised support to ensure you reach your goals efficiently, healthily, and sustainably.

Our app delivers over 1000 workouts, with 18 coaches, across 14 disciplines and is accessible at home, in the gym or on the go. Whenever and wherever.

Our coaches and our product are taking on-demand training to the next level, and we’re looking for a mid-level designer to join us.

The Designer role will support the partnerships, growth and marketing services teams to provide commercial collateral and marketing assets to support brand promotions, acquisition and client services.

Job requirements

  • Help facilitate the visual aspect of our brand to match our values
  • Help define and develop our brand narrative, style, and positioning by maintaining a consistent brand image and identity across all company materials, channels, on all projects and design resources.

  • Passion and ability for branding and visual identity systems — help build and manage a visual identity system that scales across channels, mediums, geographies, and languages to accompany our brand as we expand internationally.


  • Brainstorm, create, and transform ideas into visually compelling stories for all types of marketing assets that drive business results including, but not exclusively, our website, presentations, digital ads, landing pages, infographics, social media graphics, printed collateral, event graphics, video, iconography, illustration, and more (portfolio required).

  • Rapidly create sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and effectively communicate your ideas.

  • Research trends & ideas and design assets as needed across all mediums and channels.

  • Be an ambassador across the organisation to drive higher standards for design and design consistency.

  • Experience in developing, testing, and refining creative concepts based on research, insights, and brand.

Collaboration & Asset Management

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, customer success, HR, leadership, engineering, etc. to develop assets to support external and internal stakeholders.

  • Keep assets up to date, organized, and easily accessible for others to use on-demand via a shared drive.

  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a graphic, visual, brand, or marketing designer.

  • An outstanding portfolio with a beautiful aesthetic and a mindful, intelligent approach to visual problem-solving.

  • Experience designing across mediums.

  • Good knowledge of the latest design tools including Adobe Creative Cloud.

  • Experience in creating motion graphics and video editing.

  • Knowledge of Figma and + Google Suite is a plus.

  • Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality & a consistently high level of attention to detail.

  • A passion for storytelling.

  • Digital design fluency.

Must be local to London as office visits are required weekly to our head office Located in Chiswick, London.
