Role & You

Reporting to the Head of Commercial and WithU Travel CEO, this role is pivotal in driving and executing TRVLWELL’s global growth strategy. You’ll be responsible for identifying and delivering distribution partnerships across various channels, including direct-to-brand, loyalty initiatives, and other relevant streams.

Success will rely on your ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships, deliver market insights, and execute sales strategies that drive long-term value.

In the short term:

  • Identify, develop, and execute distribution partnerships to grow TRVLWELL’s visibility and user base.

  • Lead end-to-end negotiations—from initial outreach and business case development through to contract execution and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, marketing, product, legal) to ensure seamless partner integration.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across partner organisations.

  • Align with leadership on revenue targets and deliver strategies to meet and exceed goals.

  • Quickly pick up and progress current pipeline opportunities to drive conversations through to contract execution and successful onboarding.

After 6 months:

  • Represent TRVLWELL at key industry events, travelling as needed to grow partnerships.

  • Establish TRVLWELL’s reputation as a preferred global partner for travel and tech platforms.

  • Shape pre-sales strategies for content in production and explore co-production opportunities.

  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.

  • Continuously refine and execute TRVLWELL’s distribution strategy, aligned with market dynamics.

Job requirements

We’re looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Global Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, expanding our international footprint, and building strong client relationships. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for partnership-led growth and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across various sectors.

  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and align offerings.

Sales Presentations & Demonstrations

  • Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to each partner’s needs.

  • Confidently showcase product features and commercial impact.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships.

  • Collaborate with account managers post-sale to ensure client success.

  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts.

Sales Negotiations & Closing

  • Lead negotiation processes with a focus on profitability and scalability.

  • Close deals and consistently hit or exceed sales targets.

  • Manage renewals and contract amendments.

Account Growth

  • Own key accounts and act as the primary point of contact.

  • Create account plans aligned to the client's business goals and our commercial objectives.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Track and report on sales activities and results.

  • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with internal teams to support pre-sales and delivery.

  • Contribute to team meetings and share market insights and opportunities.

Problem Solving

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting client satisfaction or performance.

Sales Materials & Events

  • Support marketing with the development of sales collateral and campaign input.

  • Attend client events and check-ins with global partners as needed.

Key Skills:

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Self-starter with high initiative

  • Excellent organisation and time management

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to scale commercial strategy

  • Positive, team-oriented, and proactive approach

  • Experience or a strong understanding of the travel industry and/or large-scale loyalty programmes is highly beneficial
