An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Global Account Manager to join WithU. This role will support the Commercial team, working closely to help achieve our ambitious growth plans.

The Role:

Following a period of rapid growth, we are looking for someone to support the Commercial Team on a daily basis in an exciting role that includes both new business generation and existing client management.

As a vital member of our commercial team, your primary responsibility will be to closely collaborate with our customers, serving as a strategic and supportive partner throughout their entire WithU journey. From the initial signup process and campaign execution to conducting quarterly reviews and providing ongoing support, you will play a crucial role in fostering customer loyalty and ensuring long-term client retention.

In this role, you will prioritise the satisfaction of our clients, making sure they feel heard, supported, and valued at every stage. This will involve providing them with comprehensive product information, maintaining regular communication, and becoming their go-to person for any inquiries or assistance they may require.

 We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team, focused on account management and growing existing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our current clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.

Job requirements

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing day-to-day client interactions and maintaining strong, positive relationships.
  • Client Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention by understanding their needs, addressing concerns promptly, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with the client’s business goals and objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on account performance, using key metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver on client expectations and drive account growth.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Contract Management: Oversee contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact client satisfaction or account growth.
  • Client Onboarding: Assist new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive start to their journey with WithU.
  • Sales Reporting: Compile and analyse sales data to support strategic decision-making and track progress against targets.
  • Sales Materials: Assist with the production of sales materials to support outreach and client engagement efforts.
  • Internal Collaboration: Liaise and build positive relationships with internal teams to ensure cohesive support for clients.
  • Events and Meetings: Attend industry events and meetings as needed to represent WithU and foster relationships.

Our head office is in Chiswick, London where we have a hybrid-based team working in the office 1 day a week. The rest of the time, you have a choice in where you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're nearby) at home or a bit of both, it's up to you
