WithU is an audio fitness app available on Android and iOS and available globally.

An exciting and ambitious start-up in the fitness space. WithU launched to market in 2020 and celebrated a successful first year at the end of April 2021.

In collaboration with Sky, WithU are also expanding their suite of products to the world of TV.

Our new and innovative product, due to launch this year, combines machine learning and expert coaching to track users movement in real time and guide them on how to perfect their technique.

As fitness experts, we know health and wellbeing rely on accessibility, variety and personalised support to ensure you reach your goals efficiently, healthily, and sustainably.

Our products deliver 1000’s of workouts, with world class coaches, across multiple disciplines and are accessible at home, in the gym or on the go. Whenever and wherever.

The Role:

Working closely with the CEO & Operations Director, the Financial Controller will be responsible for the day to day financial management of the business.

This is a great opportunity for a Financial Controller with strong financial control skills to join a scaling business and really add value. This role requires a hands-on approach, and is suitable for someone who wants to have a broad role covering all areas of finance and take ownership and accountability.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the month end process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting (budget vs actuals).

Oversee the processing of all sales invoices, supplier invoices, and all payroll activity.

Manage the credit control function to ensure debts are collected within terms.

Manage department budgets & master budget alongside the Operations Director.

Review and continually develop financial policies and processes.

Manage all bank payments & Cashflow management.

Experience Required:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

Xero experience would be a benefit.


  • Full time position - working hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm.

  • Fully remote but must be located within the UK and willing to travel up to 2 times per month for team meetings in London.
