WithU is an audio fitness company that has apps across mobile, smart watch, available globally. An exciting and ambitious start-up in the fitness space. WithU launched to market in 2020 and celebrated a successful first year at the end of April 2021. In recent months, WithU are collaborating with Sky in preparation for a TV application launch next year. To support the launch of the TV app, WithU are also building mobile and watch companion apps, to elevate the brand experience.

We are seeking a Spanish speaking customer support agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via email, and live chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues they may have.

Job requirements

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues to resolve customers concerns
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate team for resolution
  • Provide prompt and effective resolution to customer complaints and issues
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and the overall customer experience
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products
  • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and English
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in customer service software and tools
Preferred (not essential) Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years previous experience working in a customer support role
  • 1-2 years previous experience with technical support or troubleshooting
  • Experience working with a CRM or ticketing system
