Job requirements

  • Nurture new and existing customers based on both B2C and B2B sources with intelligent journey mapping based on data and insights
  • Drive the customer strategy and development of growth through increased engagement, frequency, and value
  • Leaning into a customer-first mentality, co-create a personalised omnichannel approach to delivering best-in-class communications to improve engagement and retention, across channels including email, DM, SMS, Push, IM and Social
  • Build CRM communications and campaigns from ideation through to delivery using historic campaign performance and analysis to create visual cross-channel customer journeys
  • Uphold a test-and-learn approach for all communications, using statistical significance, trends and in-depth analysis of performance to determine future state optimisations
  • Use a creative mindset to generate engaging content and campaign plans to engage the B2B and B2C consumers accordingly
  • Support a KPI-driven environment within the team to meet business and team objectives, consistently reporting on incrementally for both campaign, retention, and sales performance.
  • Support the whole team to drive positive cultural habits at WithU, embed and accept new agile ways of working, test and learn, fail fast / learn quickly, and 360-degree feedback approach.
  • Ensure all campaigns are performing against key performance metrics, traffic, revenue, incremental sales, ROI, CTRs, open rates, opt-outs and sparks promoter score.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and optimise eco-system set-up with offered solutions to resolve.
  • Unlock the potential with the current systems in play and recognise opportunities for growth and efficiencies.

The expectations of the role will be to focus on enhancing the following core areas:
  • The overall increase in sign-up and trial rates
  • Increased retention and return rate over a set period
  • Incremental sales
  • Campaign engagement through personalisation, relevancy, and cross-channel delivery

Key Skills:
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Two years+ experience with CRM, Retention & Loyalty
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Agency management
  • Campaign creation and execution
  • Experience with Customer.ioi, Mixpanel and Segment would be advantageous
  • REST API knowledge would be advantageous
