WithU is an audio fitness app available on Android and iOS and available globally.


An exciting and ambitious start-up in the fitness space. WithU launched to market in 2020 and celebrated a successful first year at the end of April 2021.


As fitness experts, we know health and wellbeing rely on accessibility, variety and personalised support to ensure you reach your goals efficiently, healthily, and sustainably.


Our app delivers over 1000 workouts, with 18 coaches, across 14 disciplines and is accessible at home, in the gym or on the go. Whenever and wherever.


Social Media is a key component of the WithU offering and our success. Our social media channels are the creative gateway to the brand, and we need someone creative, ambitious and dynamic to manage them.


Role Description:

Great marketing ensures we offer an inspirational and compelling customer experience, which means we must understand how our customers consume and experience WIthU and present the brand in an effective and personalised way.


With a significant focus on using data to drive sales and improve customer experience - we’re super excited for what’s to come. As we scale the WithU brand - the sky is the limit, and this role is an excellent opportunity to make a significant contribution to our success!


In this role, you create and support the delivery and execution of CRM activity across various aspects of the WithU customer journey. You will be delivering relevant and rewarding communications that our WithU customers will grow to love. With this, you will ensure we strive towards ever more personalised communications and rewards those customers connect with on all levels.

All campaigns will drive incremental value and drive behaviour change within the customer base and application.


Salary: Up to £50K dependant on experience.

Key Accountabilities And Measures:


  • The ability to build a new customer base and to form a relationship with those customers using Customer.io
  • This role will support customer strategy development, helping to drive growth through increased consideration, frequency, and value.
  • Co-create the Omnichannel approach, ensuring all campaigns are customer first and driving towards improved engagement and retention in the app. This will include email, DM, SMS, Push and social channels where appropriate.
  • Run all CRM communications from ideation through to delivery including working with our data to segment customers and visually build customer journeys
  • Support the team to ensuring each campaign drives incremental sales and drives clear customer benefit against core KPI’s (e.g. engagement rates, app usage etc.).
  • Deep understanding of analytics and evaluation, ensuring all campaigns are briefed for post-campaign analysis, and we embed a test and learn approach for all campaigns.
  • Support the whole team to drive positive cultural habits at WithU, embed and accept new agile ways of working, test and learn, fail fast / learn quickly, and 360-degree feedback approach.
  • Ensure all campaigns are performing against key performance metrics, traffic, revenue, incremental sales, ROI, CRT’s, open rates, opt-outs and sparks promoter score.

  • Improved Journeys for all members at various stages of sign up
  • Overall sign up rate for WithU
  • Sign Up to trial started
  • Incremental sales delivery plan through targeted communications
  • Campaign metrics; click-through rates, open rates, and opt-outs all align with best practice targets.
  • Traffic and gross revenue delivered.


Key Skills:

  • 2 years minimum of Loyalty & CRM experience.
