Our mission began in 2019 with the audio-first fitness app WithU, which gained rapid momentum during the global COVID-19 lockdowns. Since then, we’ve expanded our portfolio of innovative, disruptive products, which now includes Mvmnt, a joint venture with Sky based on real-time motion tracking technology, and TrvlWell, a hyper-personalised digital health and wellness app developed in partnership with Collinson Investments Ltd.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Copywriter & Content Manager to join our team.
As our Copywriter & Content Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing WithU’s content strategy across multiple channels, ensuring our messaging resonates with both consumers and business partners. You will own the WithU tone of voice, develop engaging storytelling that differentiates the brand, and create high-performing content that drives key business KPIs across user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver content that not only builds brand affinity but also directly impacts revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of how content fuels both consumer and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Storytelling
Develop and refine WithU’s brand narrative, ensuring a consistent and engaging voice across all content.
Content Strategy
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute a content calendar that aligns with business goals, including website, blog articles, social media, email campaigns, and app content.
Copywriting & Editorial
Craft compelling long and short-form copy that speaks to both consumer and B2B audiences, from marketing campaigns to in-app messaging.
Creative Content Production
Oversee the creation of visual and written assets for marketing, social media, and partnerships.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and marketing specialists, to bring concepts to life visually.
Performance & Optimisation
Analyse content performance and work with the Marketing Manager to continuously refine content strategy based on data-driven insights.
Conduct thorough research to gain insights into industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in content marketing and copywriting.

A versatile writer with experience creating content for multiple formats and audiences (D2C and B2B) - long-form articles, website, social captions, product messaging, and more.

Passionate about fitness and wellness.
What You’ll Need
3+ years of experience in copywriting or content marketing roles.
A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
Proven ability to develop content strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Strong editorial and copywriting skills with a sharp attention to detail.
Experience with content management systems, SEO best practices, and digital marketing tools.
