Job description

We’re WithU the FitTech company empowering the world to choose fitness.

Our mission began in 2019 with the audio-first fitness app WithU, which gained rapid momentum during the global COVID-19 lockdowns. Since then, we’ve expanded our portfolio of innovative, disruptive products, which now includes Mvmnt, a joint venture with Sky based on real-time motion tracking technology, and TrvlWell, a hyper-personalised digital health and wellness app developed in partnership with Collinson Investments Ltd.

Since the beginning, we’ve been dedicated to providing world-class coaching and content, investing in cutting-edge engineering and proprietary technology, and partnering with major global brands, including Sky, Visa, McDonald’s, Samsung, Vodafone, Orange, and John Lewis & Partners.

Most recently, we were awarded a Top 10 spot on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024 list, a testament to the culture we’ve developed, how much our team love what they do, and how great a place this is to work.

We have ambitious plans for 2025, aiming to make an even larger impact on the fitness industry while growing our portfolio of brands even further.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Commercial & Marketing Designer to join our team. This mid-level role will play a key part in shaping the visual identity of our brand while supporting the marketing team with commercial collateral and marketing assets that drive business results.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in our brand's visual storytelling.

  • Design high-quality marketing assets for various channels, including website content, presentations, digital ads, landing pages, infographics, social media graphics, event graphics, printed materials, and video content (portfolio required).

  • Create compelling commercial collateral to support client services, sales initiatives, and brand partnerships.

  • Help refine and evolve our brand narrative, style, and positioning, ensuring visual consistency as we expand internationally.

  • Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and commercial teams to create impactful designs that enhance brand engagement and conversion.

  • Research trends and generate ideas that enhance the quality and effectiveness of marketing and commercial assets.

  • Rapidly develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate ideas and iterate on designs based on feedback.

  • Be an ambassador for design excellence, ensuring high standards across all brand materials and communications.
