An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Executive to join WithU . This role will support the Commercial team, working closely with the team to help achieve our ambitious growth plans.


The Role:

Following on from a period of rapid growth, we are looking for someone to support the Commercial Team on a daily basis in an exciting new role including both new business generation and existing client management. As a vital member of our commercial team, your primary responsibility will be to closely collaborate with our customers, serving as a strategic and supportive partner throughout their entire WithU journey. From the initial signup process and campaign execution to conducting quarterly reviews and providing ongoing support, you will play a crucial role in fostering customer loyalty and ensuring long-term client retention.


In this role, you will prioritise the satisfaction of our clients, making sure they feel heard, supported, and valued at every stage. This will involve providing them with comprehensive product information, maintaining regular communication, and becoming their go-to person for any inquiries or assistance they may require.

Job requirements

Main Responsibilities:
Work alongside the commercial team on

  • lead generation
  • sales outreach
  • client onboarding
  • sales reporting

Assist with production of sales materials

Support account management of existing client base

Liaise and build positive relationships with internal teams

Attending events and meeting when needed


Key Skills

Fluent in English

Solid interpersonal skills

Proactive ‘can do’ attitude

We are looking for someone who brings enthusiasm and a willingness to throw themselves into all aspects of the role as well as the wider company.


Desirable Criteria:

You have experience working in the B2B or B2C health & wellbeing space You have experience in building tailored wellbeing strategies for a variety of organisations.
