Role & You

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you’ll drive TRVLWELL’s global growth through new distribution and brand partnerships. This is a high-impact commercial role focused on building relationships, expanding reach, and delivering revenue growth.

We’re looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Global Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, expanding our international footprint, and building strong client relationships. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for partnership-led growth and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close global distribution and brand partnerships.

  • Lead full sales cycles—from outreach and negotiation to contract and onboarding.

  • Manage and grow key client relationships, driving long-term value.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally (content, marketing, product, legal) to deliver partner success.

  • Represent TRVLWELL at industry events and develop co-marketing and content opportunities.

  • Track market trends, refine sales strategies, and deliver against revenue targets.

Job requirements

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in travel, wellness, or loyalty sectors.

  • Confident negotiator and relationship builder with strong presentation skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.

  • Organised, collaborative, and comfortable working across international markets.

  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
