Job description
WithU is an audio fitness app available globally on Android and iOS. We are an exciting and ambitious fitness start-up that launched to market in 2020 and has become one of the fastest-growing fitness products in the UK.
As fitness experts, we know health and well-being rely on accessibility, variety, and personalised support to ensure you reach your goals efficiently, healthily, and sustainably. Our app delivers over 1,000 workouts, with 22 coaches, across 24 disciplines and is accessible at home, in the gym, or on the go. Whenever and wherever.
Role:
Working across branding, environmental graphics, presentations, print, digital, packaging, visual merchandise solutions, driving creative concepting through to marketing and product team, no day is the same in this role. With the support of the CMO you will have the opportunity to take lead as a brand guardian, taking projects from concept to completion and managing multiple work streams effectively to meet deadlines.
Your skillset and input will help facilitate the visual aspect of our brand to match our values, help define and develop our visual brand identity, style, and positioning by maintaining a consistent brand image and identity across all company materials, channels, on all projects and design resources.
We’re looking for passion, pace, creativity and the ability to re-imaging our branding and visual identity systems — helping build and manage a visual identity system that scales across channels, mediums, geographies, and languages to accompany our brand as we expand internationally.

You’re comfortable leading on ideation, execution and transforming ideas into visually compelling assets, but not exclusively, our website, presentations, digital ads, landing pages, infographics, social media graphics, printed collateral, event graphics, video, iconography, illustration, and more (portfolio required).
Must-haves
At least 3+ years of professional experience as a brand designer - agency or in-house.
An outstanding portfolio with a beautiful aesthetic and a mindful, intelligent approach to visual problem-solving.
Experience designing across mediums.
Good knowledge of the latest design tools including Adobe Creative Cloud,
Experience in creating motion graphics and video editing.
Have created brands from the ground up, including identity, colour palettes, brand collateral, iconography
Has worked with a design system for initiative amends
Have a visual eye for photography and how to experiment with graphical elements
Knowledge of Figma and + Google Suite is a plus.
Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality & a consistently high level of attention to detail.
A passion for storytelling.
Digital design fluency.
Must be local to London as office visits are required weekly to our head office Located in Chiswick, London.
