About The Team

At WithU, our Marketing team is a diverse and specialised team of marketers who drive user growth, brand awareness, and affinity in our priority markets. You’ll partner closely with leads across the business as well as Brand, PR & Comms, Social & Content, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Creative to build and implement a comprehensive strategy for market-specific growth goals, starting with the United Kingdom, CEMEA and LAC and quickly moving on to Australia and the US.

We’re focused on making WithU the fitness platform of choice for everyone, but predominantly those at the beginning of their fitness journey or those looking to maintain one. You’ll play an integral role in building our brand globally and driving awareness and adoption of our B2B partnerships through strategic marketing.



This Role Is Focused On

  • Owning the strategy and execution for marketing and user growth of the B2B arm of our fitness business, with a global focus. You’ll identify key opportunities, help to overcome challenges and drive critical levers to drive the growth of the portfolio of products under WithU Global and our user base.

  • Drive the B2B GTM strategy in close partnership with Product, Marketing, Commercial, and other functions to coordinate various global and local programs rolling out in priority markets.

  • Partner with PR and Brand teams to uphold our brand strategy and scale new programmes and experiences that will support our mission and brand values

  • Experiment with creative tactics and develop toolkits for support of acquisition and growth for our partners.

  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and case studies, interactive PDFs to effectively communicate the value proposition to businesses.

  • Conduct market research to identify key trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.

  • Manage the B2B Web suite and be responsible for engagement drivers within the products to help our partnerships succeed.

  • Will run paid media campaigns, manage influencers, handle research-based exercises, understand impacts of pricing and be able to package these up in impactful collateral.

  • In-depth experience of online and offline marketing mix


Job requirements

You're probably a match if:

  • You have 5+ years of growth marketing and B2B marketing experience where you’ve successfully delivered results driving awareness, acquisition, growth, and retention.

  • Ideally, you’d be the Marketing lead, with direct reports or similar role capacity with experience in fitness, tech or start-up sectors

  • You have a deep understanding and proven experience devising GTM strategies in multiple territories.

  • A true generalist with a deep understanding of performance and growth campaigns spanning multiple languages and various online and offline channels.

  • You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex, disparate datasets into insights that drive strategies and solutions.

  • You have experience managing large budgets annually but have an appetite to stretch the pounds to make an impact.

  • You have excellent communication skills and can successfully influence and communicate complex information through verbal, written or visual forms.

  • You are a leader with high emotional intelligence and empathy - able to excite and inspire high-performing teams.

  • You understand how to cut through the noise and be able to create content that speaks to varying audiences.

  • You’re a self-starter who is objective led, and driven by successful delivery

Where And How You Can Work

Our head office is in Chiswick, London where we have a hybrid-based team working in the office 2 days a week. The rest of the time, you have a choice in where you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're nearby) or at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.
